On the first Wednesday of RTI, the monthly meeting of the Union Parishad is held in the auditorium of the council in the chairmanship of the chairman.

UBCF's Union Parishad and the meeting of the Government Offices / Organizations / Public Coordination Committees are held on the second Wednesday of every month on the chairmanship of the chairman at the auditorium of the council.
