E-mutation

What is E-Mutation:

Mutation (Nomenclature) Deposit Sharing and Deposit Consolidation Rules

**Application for mutation should be submitted online with Assistant Commissioner (Land) by visiting this link //mutation.land.gov.bd/

**The following documents are to be submitted along with the mutation application.

 (a) Where applicable:

1. Copy of purchase and necessary other documents.

2. Inheritance certificate

3. Copy of Heba Deed and certified copy of all records or papers.

4. Certified/photocopy of Baya/Pit document since last survey

5. Submission of land development tax payment.

6. 01 copy of Kalmi Naksa with the boundaries described in Taffil.

(b) Cost of Mutation:

(a) Court fee for application = Rs.20

(b) Notice issue fee = Rs.50

(c) Khatian Fee (DCR) = 1100 (One Thousand One Hundred) Taka.

 Total = 1170/- (one thousand one hundred and seventy) will be collected as Rs.

 Special Note:

If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the date of submission of the application and any one claims additional fee of the mentioned expenses
